ISG has proven market leading expertise in the structuring and provision of finance for the construction of stadia led by Stefan Allesch-Taylor and Richard Cheesman.

Through the research undertaken by Comperio  and the team’s expertise ISG has the ability to contribute the major element of the business plan on the basis of which 3rd party finance is made available.

Our team's involvement in the Wembley Stadium project in creating, forecasting and generating revenues for the premium seating (less than 20% of the total seating) was the key ingredient in the securing of over £420 million of bank debt.

We are able to do so due to our skills, assets and resources which combine to provide:
 

• The ability to forecast and maximise revenues from seating and ticketing
• An impeccable track record in achieving revenue levels forecast. Our team have been responsible for executing and/or managing the sales and marketing of seating at c20 projects: revenue forecasts have been consistently achieved or exceeded at these projects
• The ability to structure, create and deliver future contracted bankable revenue streams
• The capacity to add future projected revenues from other commercial rights to the business plan used to secure finance.
• The ability to match the above revenue streams to the requirements of those providing finance and the cash flows required to fulfill debt servicing and repayment obligations
