Telstra Dome
Melbourne, Australia
In just one year Bastion reached sell out generating revenues of Au$110m (approximately £40m) for the stadium owners.
During construction of the 56,000 capacity Telstra Dome in Melbourne in 1998 the marketing company responsible for selling corporate hospitality for the stadium encountered difficulties. As major shareholders in the stadium The Seven Organisation of Australia approached Bastion Stadium Solutions Ltd for advice. This resulted in Bastion, the wholly owned subsidiary of ISG, being given the formidable task of selling 5,000 corporate seats.
It took Bastion just one year to reach sell out generating revenues of Au$110m (approximately £40m) for the stadium owners.
