Samin Macdonald

Head of Project Operations

Samin is Head of Project Operations and manages the set-up of business systems, processes and client management services for all ISG projects.

This involves developing the sales, legal and financial processes along with the implementation of project based IT and CRM systems. Prior to his role with ISG Samin worked for IMG on Wembley Stadium and UEFA EURO 2008™.

At IMG Samin was Client Manager for the UEFA EURO 2008™ Corporate Hospitality Programme, implementing IT systems and managing a team of 6 Account Executives who were responsible for the Account Management of Corporate Hospitality clients at UEFA EURO 2008™.

Samin joined ISG in 2008 as Project Operations Manager and was responsible for the set up of CRM systems for ISG projects in Ireland and Turkey.

Samin graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) degree in German and French and is a registered PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
